Because adopting a puppy is a long-term commitment, we encourage every prospective owner to carefully consider their decision before placing a reservation or completing a purchase.

Reservation Deposits

To reserve a French Bulldog puppy, a reservation deposit may be required.

Reservation deposits are generally non-refundable, as the selected puppy is removed from availability and held exclusively for you.

Please be certain you are ready to welcome a puppy into your home before placing a reservation.


Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The reserved puppy becomes unavailable due to illness, injury, or unforeseen circumstances before adoption.
  • A licensed veterinarian confirms that the puppy has a serious congenital or hereditary condition covered under our Health Guarantee.
  • We are unable to fulfill the adoption agreement due to circumstances on our end.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A full refund
  • A replacement puppy from a future litter
  • The option to transfer your reservation to another available puppy

Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available if:

  • You change your mind after reserving a puppy.
  • A family member no longer agrees with the adoption.
  • Your landlord or housing provider does not allow pets.
  • Your travel, work, or personal plans change.
  • You experience financial difficulties after placing a reservation.
  • You fail to complete the adoption process within the agreed timeframe.
  • You decide you no longer want to adopt the puppy.

Returns

For the health and safety of all our puppies, we do not accept routine returns once a puppy has been placed in its new home.

If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from caring for your French Bulldog, please contact us as soon as possible. Whenever possible, we will work with you to discuss responsible options that prioritize the puppy’s well-being.


Health Concerns

If your puppy develops a health issue covered under our Health Guarantee, please:

  • Contact us immediately.
  • Have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian.
  • Provide any requested veterinary records or documentation.

Any replacement or compensation will be handled according to the terms outlined in our Health Guarantee.


Delivery Fees

Transportation, delivery, airfare, and travel-related costs are generally non-refundable once transportation arrangements have been confirmed or completed.


Order Cancellations

If we must cancel your reservation due to circumstances beyond your control, you may be offered:

  • A full refund of eligible payments
  • A replacement puppy from a future litter
  • The option to transfer your reservation to another available puppy
